Proof It Arrived Intact

Every migration tool claims the data came across. This one hands you a document that shows it — ledger by ledger, with the differences named rather than averaged away.

WHY THIS EXISTS AT ALL

“It Migrated Fine” Is Not Evidence.

A CA moving forty clients cannot verify each one by eye. The certificate does the verification and shows its working — which is the difference between believing the migration and being able to demonstrate it.

How It Goes

WHAT IT LISTS

Every Ledger

Not a sample, not a summary — every ledger that came across.

SIDE BY SIDE

Both Balances

Tally closing beside Autobooks opening, in the same row.

THE DIFFERENCE

Named

Zero on almost every line. Where it is not, the amount and the reason.

THE OUTCOME

Once it ties, you have a document. That is what you show, not a screenshot.

Must tie, or the certificate says it does not

A certificate that hides a difference would be worse than no certificate — so it does not.

Certificate Questions

What if the certificate shows a difference?
Then you have found it before it mattered. The line, the amount and the likely cause are named so it can be fixed and the certificate regenerated.
Can I show this to a client or an auditor?
That is the point of producing a document rather than a screen. It is exportable and dated.
Does a difference of a rupee matter?
Rounding of ₹1 or less auto-corrects through the Round-Off ledger at posting, so it should not appear. If it does, it is shown rather than absorbed.
Is it generated once or every time?
Regenerate it whenever you like — after a re-sync, after corrections, before you move the next client.
Does any other tool provide this?
Not that we have seen in this market, which is precisely why it exists. “It migrated fine” is not something a CA can put a name to.
What happens to unmapped ledgers?
They are listed by name. Nothing is quietly folded into a suspense account, because a suspense figure is where migrations go to hide.
